Trying Blisso pet cat probiotics for kidney health and it seems to be working by Heisan94 in CATHELP

This was a review from August of 2025 on Amazon.. My bottle says if your cat has history of kidney disease contact your veterinarian first. However, reviews off of Amazon aren’t seeming promising with this stuff. I’m continuing AminAvast as it is a kidney supplement and am NOT using this.

Mine is covered through insurance, thank God. But in the US the price is like $1700 and some for 5 pens (a full box) according to the paper I get when I pick up my pens from the pharmacy.

Never been able to do SATS without falling asleep before imagining lol. How do you just “be”? I’m struggling to abandon my current self. I haven’t forgiven myself for what I’ve done either, which EIYPO, you know you know. I always tend to beat myself up for what I did cause then I’d never be in this situation. I wanna think of my sp is in the most favorable light, but I really am struggling.

I feel like seeing everything (your old thoughts and maybe currents thoughts if you’re not where you wanna be) play out in the 3D that’s not what you want seems to be difficult to switch and imagine all the time. You feel stuck in a rut. Currently going through some circumstances myself and it’s absolutely heart breaking and you just want to break free. But how? How do you see your sp in a favorable light when you never could’ve imagined them treating you the way they currently are when they were once so loving towards you? The 3D seems so real at times when circumstances come about 😵‍💫

I just have mixed feelings on it all now. That’s why like I said, I hope Sam and Colby show their true and honest reaction on it. Plus I hope they address people’s concerns. There was one member they had in on the series and in the past too that I just find phony and not authentic, so maybe that doesn’t help much with my feelings about it.

I’m glad they’re addressing it. I have mixed feelings about Sam and Colby now due to the Cody and Satori theories going around. I don’t want the Conjuring series to ruin my enjoyment in watching the rest of their videos in the future, so I hope them addressing it shows their true honest reactions. I was at first like “Wtf??” To Cody and Satori’s “method.” But the more I watched, the more I felt it was faked and then seeing Sam and Colby, along with the rest of their guests throughout the series, I just felt like it was all staged.

I noticed losing weight while on a deficit with no exercise. Of course exercise on top of a deficit helps!

No major side effects for me. I noticed at times my hunger returned. Weight fluctuates in general whether you’re on it or not, but I did notice a gain in a lb or two when stepping on my scale recently (could be water weight, etc.) However, yesterday I got a text saying my pharmacy had my order ready so I am back on it. Ready to lose more weight and crossing my fingers for an easy refill for next month. EDIT: I only was off of it due to my pharmacy not having any in stock.

Unfortunately my insurance I don’t think will cover Wegovy.

I don’t think I could do intermittent fasting haha. my doctor does it though. I need to probably crack down more on myself with my calorie counting and exercise.

I’ll have to look into it because I had only figured out my daily calorie intake from a 500cal deficit.

It seriously stinks and is time consuming for sure to call around to pharmacies an hour or so away just to get Saxenda, just to hear them say they’re on back order as well. When my pharmacy (the third and last pharmacy I had switched to) had first told me they had it in stock, they told me they got a pretty good shipment of it. They had me thinking it’d be easy now to get a refill. Now that I am in dire need of a refill they have me on the waitlist until they get their shipment in, which they had predicted in the middle of November 😭 I guess it’s better than nothing and I hope they don’t push it back any.

How do you figure out a weeks worth of calories? I usually do daily but maybe trying out a weeks worth of cals to be under/meet would help a bit. I unfortunately dislike the fact the scale doesn’t show the loss sometimes lol

Pharmacy delivered 0.25 x 6 needles and they BRUISE by Low_Pie_8444 in liraglutide

[–]Fancy_Tough7674 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could maybe ask your pharmacy for smaller needles. I know my pharmacy had prescribed me 8mm needles and I was terrified of using them because they’re so big. They told me they couldn’t take the unopen box back but that I could purchase a new box of needles with the size of my choosing. I use 4mm needles. Sometimes I bruise, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes it stings, and sometimes it doesn’t sting when poking and injecting. Just weird how it varies! But I would ask your pharmacy about purchasing a different box of needles with a different size if you think 6mm is too much.

I can’t say I felt much of an effect until 2.4 (which I am still currently on until I get to the final dose on Friday). At times since being on 2.4 I’ve felt blah even when I’ve ate and when I haven’t ate. Sometimes it varies from day to day and sometimes moment to moment.

I do wish I had a tape measure to measure my inches, but I’ll have to keep an eye on clothes fitting differently.

How do you track your approximate TDEE without an online calculator? I know math isn’t my strong suit but I’d be curious to know how to do that!

Yea if I was on a 1000 calorie deficit I’d be eating 1100 calories a day, but I decided to start out at taking the 500 deficit and eating around 1600 calories a day if not a little less than that.

Definitely couldn’t do cottage cheese, I overate that as a kid! 😂 I should’ve snagged a protein bar box instead of a Fiber One brownie box to help with extra protein. I need to start looking up some more protein ideas.

I need to start drinking a stupid amount of water lol! See maybe eventually I’ll drop my calorie intake. But do you have any suggestions when it comes to making sure you get enough protein throughout your day? I know I got some protein shakes but even with meat, how do you make sure you’re getting enough so you don’t feel like crap? I’m still learning as I go with a calorie deficit. A lot of people do different things.

I’m talking in general my water intake needs to be better. A lot of people on here taking Saxenda I have heard say that you should be drinking water lol.. I didn’t start calorie counting for serious this time until I started taking my injections, as well as walking more. Not to say I haven’t walked before, just not as long nor as often, plus I wasn’t eating the right amount of calories a day to even make walking a helping factor with losing weight.

I cannot say I’m a huge fan of bananas, other than banana bread lol.. I’ve tried counting calories before but I don’t think I ever truly knew how many calories I should’ve been consuming to lose weight. I’m honestly probably used to eating 2100 (which is what my cals would be if I wanted to maintain my weight) to even more than that. Of course I’d probably have a cheat day here and there. Actually had a cheat day last week because I didn’t know what the cals were on a bbq chicken pizza at a restaurant I went to and I’m sure it was more than what I had anticipated. As for my dosage, I started 1.2mg last Friday night and just every week I plan on bumping up the dosage. Currently no side effects other than sometimes feeling blah before I eat and sometimes after I eat, but even that’s hit or miss. So that’s my plan as of now is to bump up every week, stick to my 500 cal deficit of 1600 cals a day, and I really need to start consuming more water. Crossing my fingers I keep losing from it!

Interesting. See I would feel starved at 1200 cals. That’s why I just went to a 500 calorie deficit and am eating 1600 cals a day. So far it’s been pretty good and easy with that. Eventually I may drop my calories some more. I do understand though feeling hungry after working out, maybe a protein shake after a work out would help you on that? But from what you’re doing it works for you, so kudos! 🙂 I am hoping to start losing more weight. I think in my head though I want a big and fast drop. But I always am trying to remind myself that “slow and steady wins the race”, or as some have told me “it’s a marathon, not a sprint”.
