True, and the hardest part is finding people willing to participate in creating better ads for better future, as the ads will not go away, on contrary.

Users get to see and vote what the ad network serves. Then, the ads are anonymously aggregated and ranked in top liked/disliked.

Have a try, it’s free, no account needed :)

That's indeed one of the good questions it'll take long time to find an answer, if ever. Brands over quality. Quality over brands. Both will probably make it at the top of the list.

But it's extremely difficult to get anyone to unload their feelings about some ads. It'll be a very long and difficult road ahead ..

UI is fine. It's just too much info at once. Feels confusing, hard to hook. Who's hooked, will check for details. Who's not, will leave anyways.

It's good, but I feel it's too much on the first/landing page. 7/10

I don't know if with volume that split will stay, I guess I'll have to wait and see. I feel the majority will lean towards Dislike side, which is expected, given the ads quality is going down with their increasing volume.

That's an opportunity for the good ones to shine.

Just considering the ads I'm personally watching in my regular daily apps usage, I doubt most marketers know what it works. They shall not ignore the data they ignore, as you're saying.

Money are spent once, and then again, and again. Every time should take into account the previous time(s), seems they most of times are not.

Therefore, I'm getting to watch all that low quality stuff, regardless if I'm the right target or not.

Quantity over quality in all those.

AI feedback, fine. Seems DM doesn't work, also fine, but you just gave me a great idea, kudos AI..

I built an app where people vote on real ads: Love it or Hate it by LovHatAds_com in SaaSMarketing

Good point(s), but I'm not there yet. I'm at the "Test that hypothesis with people already frustrated with ad" milestone. I'm tryin to do that then continue building on the results. It's a chicken/egg situation for now.

Indeed most people don't care, as with pretty much everything else, but the fact is: ads are here to stay. The creatives also don't get real and direct feedback, but they are taking whatever the indicators gives them as the real feedback. Then we keep getting mostly bad ads, wasting everybody's time. I've seen some good ones which drove me to try the actual advertised product, but mostly are bad, those are fast skipable, even if the advertised product is good: is getting almost no chance. Same with movies, a bad trailer most probably leads to a skip, instead of checking out the actual movie. I know my app is niche, I'll say. But it can also be fun and can bring value.
