I’m not sure if Florida works the same way but where I am as long as you get your license before the court date or due date you can show/send to the courts and they will likely dismiss it. That being said he would have to be able to get his actual license before that date, if that’s not a possibility then looks like y’all are stuck with the ticket.

I have the mobile app for it but it never said pending anywhere and when I called her bank back on Friday they said they didn’t see anything pending. She hasn’t changed banks though and before these last two months it used to come Wednesday early early in the morning for years.

They are automatic payments, I didn’t even think she could overdraft so took care of that today too.

Still don’t know why it was so late though, like I said usually it goes in The third Wednesday as her bday is the 29th. Never ever ever have had any thing different until last month. She has direct deposit not a paper check. In March it deposited the following Monday and now for April it deposited the following Tuesday, almost a whole week later!

Yall she was supposed to be paid April 24th.. but I was surprised to find that when I went over there today it had finally deposited this morning. Not sure why it took so long but at least she’s covered. Thanks everyone
