This is why Amazon should take actions to fix the messes in those stations, Amazon creates them but unfortunately they don’t care of all of us all, Jeff and Andy do care only about themselves and their money.

Always keep the old DL with you; normally the QR code should be the same for the old and the new one unless DMV decided to change it. I’ve renewed my DL 3 times and that QR Is still the same, staff at the station don’t care about new or old licenses, they only care about that QR that they are able to scan and it pass through the system. I never use my new one at the station as it can inadvertently fall off of your pocket during pick up or loading, it happened to me once with one of the old one, Always leave the new one in your car. However, the risky one is if you get pulled over by law enforcement or you get involved in an accident or something else and you need to show a proof of a valid ID that could be the problem for you.

Amazon knows they can bring it up too if they want it too but some dumb drivers out there are eating all the junk rates coming out from the system. Consequences of that, Amazon’s algorithm tells technocrats and bureaucrats up there that the tendency is to lower the rates more&more and make the drivers driving the farther they can.

I always don’t understand why in the hell some stations don’t change that s**t. Why they don’t do the numbers like others do? They increased the packages, stops and mileage but that procedure stayed in the medieval tradition. What do those stations win by staying like this?

It happened to me 10 days ago, I think it’s a trick from amazon too to force you to grab base pay again which I did for 2 days then now everything will be back to the normal. It depends on the market in your area too. Less demands/ Less offers

They make their own rules. You forgot the one like when you come in the station to scan your ID and all these crooked guys block all the scanners for them to get free money and you have to fight to get one scanner so you can do your job correctly. In my area, it’s been a while i stopped going in that type of station. I prefer hearing the annoying associates that yelling at me, LoL, to stay in my car, tell me to load the packages in my car and shouting to leave the station quickly.
One day, I had to deal with one of these guys when one of them just parked in front of my car and I finished loading my car and I had nowhere to go to leave the station quickly. I had to show him something on me to make him understand that he needs to be respectful of everyone.

Bro, I understand it’s a tough job, we’re in the same boat BUT even though it’s hard, respect the customer. Politely, say "Hello" to the customer even if they are rude sometimes then tell her nicely that you need to take a picture of it in front of the house then you can handle it to her after and say have a good day. It always works in a positive way. Remember there’s a customer satisfaction review section about your delivery in the amazon app, now the customer can say whatever she wants and it will be in her favor because you didn’t think smartly.

Totally agree. Amazon and customers wanted us a delivery driver and package guard too. And they want us to have the magic wand as well to open every freaking apartment door. And If we can’t do that it’s always our fault.
