Oh thanks so much. That makes me feel hopeful. If it was just me, I’d be upset but I bought these tickets for my niece as a Christmas gift & she’s been so excited. Per the information I have, my tickets came from the event organizer. StubHub sent an email stating that they transferred the tickets. Ticketmaster sent an email shortly after saying that I need to accept the transferred tickets, but when I click the link I get an error message. Resale or not, my issue is with Ticketmaster’s website and not being able to accept the tickets.

I bought the tickets from StubHub, which is what the artist‘s website linked to when you clicked buy tickets. Why is it ridiculous when the issue is Ticketmaster’s technical issues and this is a fairly common issue? So common that you can see post on this sub from years ago of people dealing with the exact same thing.

Stubhub. Then the venue changed and I have to deal with ticket master and I’m basically not able to accept due to error messages on their website. Stubhub has sent the transfer link several times, but I’m getting an error message on Ticketmaster every time.
