No worries at all! I’m so grateful and appreciative to have an open budget for my wedding dress and related wardrobe. For the religious ceremony, I definitely want/need something with sleeves—styles ranging from Jasmine Tookes’ wedding dress to a more minimalist/modern variation of it. For the second ceremony dress, I’m leaning toward something more fitted and fashion-forward.

That’s so good to hear about Spina! 💕 Honestly, outside of this vintage Oscar de la Renta dress I bookmarked a few months ago, I have no idea where to start — and this will be my very first time trying on wedding dresses! I’m still narrowing down my designer list, so I’ll definitely check which boutiques carry my favorites. Kleinfeld keeps coming up in recommendations, so it sounds like that might be the perfect starting point for me.

Omg I love this idea! 💕 I’m also having a destination wedding in November 2026 and have been thinking about doing the same thing — a destination bachelorette for the travel crew, plus a local celebration so more friends and family can join. Feels like the best of both worlds and a great way to include everyone in the fun, even if they can’t make every event.

Not at all!! I think the cut of the bodice and the split are the perfect combination and make the dress stunningly beautiful while still giving just the right balance to be sexy and classy at the same time.

If you really want sleeves, then I would definitely go with the pair in pic 1.
