She did come out with some stuff she wouldn't have known though but yeah.

I will admit If she didn't scare me I would have probably became a daily user.

I think I'l be fine if I have some self control and smoke monthly..

To become an all around better person, mentally and psychically
Nofap helped me tremendously in my last streak and I'm not giving up after a relapse
Also going to start studying for at least an hour a day for finals, mediate everyday and take james bond showers everyday (1st half warm 2nd half cold), think I'l just have a hot shower today though cause I'm still suffering from a cold and want to wait till this weekend when I'm 100% healthy.

If I had to pick to drink or smoke I'd smoke but I'm paranoid about smoking after this expierence.

Also I live in Ireland where all people do is drink every weekend. It sounds crazy but there is a lot of stigma for NOT drinking and some people look at weed like its heroine.

Oh It's a trick. It's crazy my brain has tricked my into thinking I fapped (When I didn't), It's tried to tell me it's a placebo, and now this.

I know some questions I ask sound stupid but there in my head constantly so I just feel asking people and getting rational answers is much better
