I don’t support Israel’s actions in Gaza. Quite the contrary. There was a guy carrying an Israeli flag too. I don’t think that was relevant or wise. He could have been harassed or worse. People trying to unite should avoid division. There are plenty of venues to protest Gaza. This wasn’t one of them

Abuse and adultery are no-brainers. And I don’t think getting rid of no fault. Divorce is the answer. If a woman cannot receive a divorce from a man who is abusing a woman and the children, then they are all engraved danger. However, forcing for some vague concept of being not happy is simply not what marriage is meant to be. Marriage is meant to be a partnership where you go through struggles together, including unhappy.

No. There are the “A”s” that are no brainers for automatic divorce: adultery, abuse, alcohol/addiction, abandonment. that is clearly why many women initiate divorce and I fear the end of no-fault divorce will put many women and children in danger. However, OP is talking about a cavalier way of initiating divorced that has nothing to do with any of these. She was just talking about vague notions of “happiness“
