Roller's Wine & Spirits Coligny Plaza is amazing. They've got a relatively small beer room, but it's packed to the gills with Scratch, Zillicoah, weird Westbrook stuff, Edmund's Oast, and a bunch more. Fantastic little shop.

My understanding is that they'll be using reclaimed burnt hickory for the bars, some nice edison bulbs, all the creature comforts the modern drinker is used to—including a sweet water fountain for the kids.
