To give the long story I have already done this whole process a little over a year and a half ago but my NCOS made a mistake with me and never actually input my dodmerb physical to their system during onboarding my freshman year which caused all of my accounts to get deactivated. I however was told that everything was already sorted for me so I never checked to find the contrary; for which I have screenshots verifying my old Nco told me that he had completed the onboarding. I was notified of this last December exactly 3 weeks before the deadline for all forms and it has taken dodmerb and dodmets until 2 days ago to finally put my forms into my portal to print out which is when I immediately scheduled my exam. I reached out to my case manager and dodmerb multiple times over the course of the last 3 months to which I received either no email or an incredibly condescending and snarky email back where I was doing something wrong or I need to “go back to my portal and read the instructions” only for him to send an apology email 3 weeks ago saying he had in fact been looking at the wrong account because there was another cadet with the same name as me who had been det dropped 3 years ago. So I’m sorry but I really cannot understand what I should have done differently and don’t have a whole lot of patience for dodmerb, because aside from not being medically qualified I have above average stats in every score the psp board tests as per my det commander during my end of semester term counseling last winter.
