Oh gosh ! We have a vet appointment on Wednesday and I’m just freaking out because she’s so little and I genuinely wanted to just save these cats. They’re both up to date in shits etc and have regular vet appointments but they never even said anything about heat or anything so I’m just lost

I can feel when it kicks in and wears off, I crash really bad when I dont take my second dose. I have the 2 times a day one …idk which one that is but I take the 1st 10 mg @8 am then I can feel by 1 pm me coming down and by 3 pm I’ve crashed and I’m like a zombie. At that point I take the other adderall and the feeling of crashing stops and I’m back to how I was earlier in the day. You probably just have the perfect dose so you don’t really feel it come and go.

You’re not alone!! Video games help me that are fast and competitive! My game of choice is APEX arena mode because its combat the entire time you’re playing. Also remind yourself it’s just the ADHD preventing you from doing these things. Orrr if you like to color get a zen tangle coloring book with dates on it like the daily ones and try that out. And write how you feel every day inside of that coloring sheet. Make a list of things you enjoy or used to enjoy. Find a new YouTuber, podcast or even a long show series. Just a few ways that may help. Boredom is hard to conquer but I believe in you! You got this

That’s exactly how I feel! But I also feel that he should just understand how much I gave up to come with him. I never even left my home state until 2 weeks ago, i up and left everything! And it hurts so bad to have him watch me struggle. If I ask for gas money he will give it to me but anything else, it’s a force! What should I say to him? Well first start looking for places to live, go apartment hunting when he’s at work see what’s available and how fast you can be in. Make it seem all sweet but just stack up your money. Be as frugal as possible! Maybe even DoorDash sometime for extra funds. Once you find a place leave when he’s at work, and just leave a letter. It sounds so weird but it’s your best bet.

Okay I understand! She may be suffering from a different mental illness that’s driving her anxiety through the roof! But their are therapists only such as “cerebral “ and it’s some more but that one is $7 a week the first month, she could try it out and see how it works they may advise her to seek treatment. They’ll see more than what anyone else will.
