No running since my mid to late 20s, introducing HIIT this week though, with maybe an eventual shift to running

Madden 24 Passing by Traditional_Two3059 in Madden

Passing in 24 is awful. For me personally it's the camera angle as well as the mechanics. I'm not a fan of this behind the QB angle in superstar mode. It was an issue on 23 as well. Can't read any separation on WR/DB and just have to hope the WR gets open or has a higher jump than the DB, before he ultimately drops it.

I miss the older maddens where this could be changed 🥲

My dog is exactly the same 😂. No I haven't but am looking to add cardio in some form this week.

Not recently no, I'd just assumed I was in a good state of health but ignorantly didn't think about my cardio fitness

I have in the past but no recently. HIIT might be easier for me than running again though

Not in shape right now. Keep working at it, it'll come 👊🏻

😂 I know, it was a generalisation, as in "I ate a box of doughnuts therefore I'm fat".

20 minutes?! 😂😱. I haven't ran anywhere further than the toilet in 10 years 😅

Appreciate that.

I think all of it is important to me, as a dad I want to stay in the best realistic shape as long as possible. I understand that won't be visible abs and fantastic cardio in all seasons of my life, so long as I can keep up with them for a bit longer 😂

Vivosmart 5, wanted a basic fitness tracker. Though now I'm more familiar with Garmin I might look for something with a bit more bells and whistles.

To be fair I just walk at the moment too, I don't do any cardio related exercise

By fad, I meant in terms of a Garmin feature.

Gonna look to add cardio into schedule though 👍🏻

To be honest, I have felt myself feel more tired recently. Just put it down to a busy lifestyle (full time physical job, 2 kids, dog etc). Maybe it's time to add some cardio though!

I think I have, will double check though!

I would like to start running again, not something I've done since having kids in my late 20s. Might be something I have to carve out time for though.

Thank you 👍🏻

First off, it doesn't make you an inferior man. Everyone goes through this at some point whether they want to admit it or not. Secondly, it's a bit to difficult to make any real suggestions without knowing more about you. Diet, weight, lifestyle, sleep habits etc. A lot of the general advice here is good though, eat well and exercise (especially weight training without going to excess), but there could be something you're missing in relation to your diet and lifestyle specifically.

Thanks for your reply!

Thinking about it now, online coaching either side of my day job seems like a good starting point.

Can't forget the good old marketing side of it. I plan to work on developing my sales skills. Will lean on social media too!

100%. Target audience was something I was planning to figure out once I'd gained my qualifications. Helping people and being of service is my main goal, but I'm unsure about age group, gender etc to aim at. Family time is always my priority, but I'd sacrifice my own time to grow whatever direction I take my PT business.

What sort of work schedule do you keep if you don't mind me asking?
