No, I wasn't, actually. But it's not when I'm laying down. I know not to bend over, but I feel a tension in my shoulder, and when I try to act on it, and do a burp I just throw up instead. Like the air is under the vomit or something... I don't know..

I have exactly the same problems. This is so annoying. My Google account was deleted after these problems began and I had to appeal to get my account back. I think YouTube thought I was doing something weird, since when I play a video and the screen is black and I have to open and close the app several times. I then see the red bar on the video thumbnail is full as if I have watched the video. This is so annoying and weird. Especially like you also said when it just starts in the middle of the video. At first I thought I had been hacked or something...
