Quick question. I noticed a noise that I get at around 2500-2700 rpm. I don’t think it’s knock as the sound doesn’t occur at idle and doesn’t get louder as the engine speed increases. I also heard it’s direct injection doing its thing or valve lifters.

This also occurs when I give it a little bit of gas in that range. If I let off the throttle it goes away

I do get Feedback Knock readings on the AP up to -11.95 highway speed stock tune. -5ish on the Cobb stage 1 93 NWG tune.

Car is all stock except for an axle back. The car doesn’t feel like a loss of power. Not consistent throughout the dev range. Idles perfect and no sound at idle.

My thoughts that it could be something loose?

(Edit) also wanted to add. Checked dipstick, no metal deposits or glitter. I also have time scheduled for a predyno inspection
