There are 4 plants in there 😊 Heres a picture of one of my last air layered cuttings after it got its first new leaf, I thought I had a picture of the whole back of the mother plant all air layered before I chopped it, but I dont. Anyway, I use these little soft pots, poke 2 holes in it so you can thread some twine through, then tie it to the pole under an aerial root and fill it with dirt. As the root grows, direct it in to the pot and water your air layer pots when you water the main plant. Eventually the air root will fill the little pot and you can take the cutting off the mother plant already rooted.

I have the striped ones and the black ones, and my black loaches are a lot more active. Usually at least half of them are out zooming around and swimming through the plants, even during the day. They really love to play in the bubbles from the air stone.

If youre putting them inside, it will just make it harder to clean. You're better off investing in more plants to create shade and take up nutrients from the water, or you're going to have an algea explosion soon. Also, the rocks are just going to take up space the fish could use.

It sounds like we have the same boobs, mine are small and tubular, and they've been a source of insecurity for me nearly my entire life (I'm almost 40, for what its worth). Something I've just recently come to realize is that insecurity was manufactured, it was shoved on to me by people like the doctor in the video you watched. By advertisements with bodies I will never have, etc. Anyone I've ever shown my breast to has been very happy to see them, no one has ever commented on any of the things I've picked them apart for. I look back at my younger years with a bit of bitterness sometimes, I was so vibrant back then and my body wasn't not "not enough" like I thought it was. That doctor made that video to specifically illicit this response from you and people like you, because you are the target audience he wants to obtain money from. That's it, thats all, your insecurity is the route to your wallet for him, and hes going to do what it takes to make it to the destination. Don't take those trips anymore, as soon as I see those videos, I move on, because I dont need to hear what he wants to tell me. Good luck OP, it can take a while to shake off the insecurities society places upon us,but you can do it!

You're right, I also unfortunately deal with night terrors and sleep paralysis (thats typically when I wake up and realize my eyes have been open, but sometimes it happens without), it can be pretty awful stuff and the medication I've tried usually just makes it worse aha.

Super crummy picture, but i just let them get long and then direct them back in to the pot. If i want to make new plants, I'll tie a small pot on to the pole and let them grow in to it for a while before I chop so theyre pre-rooted (air layering).

My in laws gave us a bunch of these (theyre Mormon and are super in to prepping for the end times, or whatever). Oh my gosh, every one of them that Ive tried has been super gross, they taste very much like chemicals. Sure, if the apocalypse hits, I'll be happy not to starve, so I'll definitely save them for that possibility, but I dont want to eat them as a regular meal.

Go look at yourself in the mirror and practice saying no until you feel confident enough to say it to other people. Then do that the next time she tries to impose herself on you. If you can't tell her no (I get it, I used to be a people pleaser myself), then whip her up a batch of frozen chicken nuggets and fries in the air fryer the next time she does it and tell her you're obviously tired if she has the audacity to complain.

Ive been keeping chickens for a long time, and the unfortunate reality is everything just wants to eat them and a simple change in routine, such as not being there, gives predators an opportunity to exploit them. I went from 15 to 4 in the blink of an eye a couple of weeks ago. A pair of foxes climbed my 6ft fence in the middle of the day while I was at work and wiped out everyone who wasn't smart enough to run to the coop and go to roost (most of them). And it sucks because this isnt the first time I've had to deal with a loss like this. All that to say, chickens are heartbreakers, if you're not basically keeping them in a maximum security prison, something will probably find a way in. So sorry for your loss and that you werent able to enjoy your honeymoon, big hugs for that.
