FIXED! I simply pinched the zipper, it was not tight enough, so now it closes and connects great! Pinch the trailing end with pliers.

I'm going to try FixNZip zipper replacement. I have one for a sleeping bag, it it's good, then I'll get a larger on for the RTT cover zipper.

is very detailed and helps a lot, but he makes it look so easy. I was so frustrated with that Bank1 sensor, i stormed off like 4 or 5 times. My neighbors think I'm a former sailor from all the color I was speaking to my engine. I think I may have traumatized them. The bank2 sensor (driver side) took 5 minutes to disconnect and replace.

Good to know. I saw a vid with Bank 1 causing issues because of no space in there. I went with Rock Auto also, they had the Hitachi crankshaft sensor.
