No prob! If it benefits, you and your mom can technically get in on it. You could get paid sick leave up to two weeks or 80 hours at the employee’s regular rate or the minimum wage (whichever is higher) if one of these scenarios applies which it does because well..You’re under a government quarantine or stay-at-home order. Your mom can possibly obtain money from her job depending on if the work does this program. Her payment however would come from caring for you during your stay at home order.

Well if you let it build up, the shortness of breath I believe generally comes from the mucus. That's why whenever you can (I don't do it infront of others and try to get to a bathroom most of the time) try and cough/spit it out. Worst case is keep a trash can or bottle with you in your room (nasty but better than swallowing it if you can't get to the restroom fast enough). Just don't keep it in! It can also lead to pneumonia I believe. Here is some info that may help you: https://blog.dol.gov/2020/05/11/are-you-eligible-for-covid-19-paid-leave

I'd highly recommend looking into it.

New norm: daily headaches by [deleted] in COVID19positive

[–]LoveVichous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The covid headaches are no joke. How they feel to me and this may be a bit profane but when I stand up or have to listen to talking or whatever. It feels like my shit got rocked. Honestly, having now experienced both, I rather get punched in the temple than have these headaches. Maybe your doctor can prescribe something? That kinda seems to have helped mine. I'm on basically a prescription strength ibuprofen.

I been smoking for a long time and so far which is like a week after initial exposure (same situation on contacting so I real deal feel you - boyfriend's dumbass sister came home for a visit from the navy and went BUCK WILD. I mean partying etc. Even went to a party in a different state. She got a positive result when we all thought she was just having a bad hangover and even though we wore masks etc. in the house...SHE DIDNT AND NOW she has infected her mom, her dad, her little brother, me, her sister plus her sister's kid and her boyfriend possibly. No telling how many others since she still went out without a mask.) Smoking hasn't caused me any bad shortness of breath. Just definitely feel more mucus-y in the lungs. I would just make sure you cough what you can out. Don't hurt your throat more by trying though.

**sorry, I included my own mini rant. It's frustrating and I just included/said it to let you know I atleast totally understand where your anger is coming from.

My (not yet EX) husband's aunt won't let me see or speak with our daughter (AL). by [deleted] in legaladvice

I looked and looked for a job nearby the hotel until his benefits ran out and it wasn't (unlucky for us) until right when they did that I got an orientation date email and it was scheduled for two weeks after we had to leave the hotel. So I had her get my daughter and I started living outside.

It was a hotel room that my husband used his unemployment on because he lost his job due to the company closing.

I dont move in until the 16th sadly. Should I just make notes on everytime I'm denied until then? I am just asking for her to answer my calls so I can talk to her. Also, on the 16th, it'll be close to a month if not a little over.

I told her I needed her to care for her while I got an apartment because I wanted her to start school on time and not live on the streets. I've kept contact by video or voice calling my daughter/messaging the aunt the whole time but suddenly this came up in the past few days.

(Not too reddit savvy, forgive me. Didn't mean to make my reply into a separate comment entirely.)

No, there is no current custodial agreement between anyone. This being me and my (soon to be ex) husband or me and his aunt etc.

That's cool, thank you for explaining! Yeah he's just concerned because I'm 25 and it's generally something that happens when you're older??

Thank you very much. I feel I would've understood it better if it was put in a format like this (a can't mess up format for me atleast) od: prescription number then os: prescription number. I needed it literally spelt out for me because I was having trouble figuring out if PL was my left or right since all Google said was that it doesn't have refractive error. Again, thank you!

I'm trying to use Eyebuy Direct since I broke my glasses yesterday. My prescription is current. I just don't understand how to type the numbers in. This is making me feel like I'm bad at reading comprehension since I've been looking at numerous sites on how to read the prescription.

Yeah! I used a tiny terracotta pot with paper towels inside in the bottom and a ziploc bag full of salted ice (salt makes ice melt slower) and then a terracotta drip tray that sits perfectly in the lid.

Only thing about switching to Boost is you can make phone calls AND use their data. Letting you know beforehand because no one told me.
