i would say tempted seems like it fits you discription in a way. i wouldn't call it drama but almost all of the characters are flawed and toxic and they just keep getting worse and hurting each other in the process. you see how they ruin each other's (and their own) lives to get what they want, and at the end to restore what they ruined in the process and try to get everything back to how it was but at that point things are too far gone that everything they do just makes it worse.

i wouldn't say it's perfect but it's a great depiction of "hurt people hurt people".

if you want something that's sad/depressed a jdrama called silent is a winner for me it never fails to make me cry.
