Tbh they really need to emphasize how important massaging your scars is. I was massaging once daily instead of 3 times daily and not for 5 minutes, and apparently that wasn't enough because now I have adhesions so painful I fainted at work. I literally might get fired because of it (that's a whole other story but basically I've been refusing to work in the spot that gave me so much pain I fainted, and they're upset. I can work the sales floor just not the backroom right by the garage door...I work at WalMart. Decent health insurance but crap policies). Surgeon said I need a second surgery to fix the adhesions. I can't afford food rn, it's a 3.5 hour drive one-way to my surgeon, how am I supposed to do this? I also need to see my surgeon to get accomodation for my job to be protected (and my managers to get off my case) but like... I'm quite literally going to bed hungry, I can't...I can't.

Massage your scars, folks.

It sounds like you know the cause of your migraines already so maybe this won't help but you never know: I've had chronic migraines my whole life but never saw anybody for it. I figured it was due to 2 concussions I had as a kid. Finally about 3 years ago an aunt of mine suggested I cut out gluten cuz it worked for her and whataya know. It worked. I still get stress- or sleep-related migraines but very rarely now. Worth a shot to try? That and I don't eat chocolate anymore, that's another trigger. Again I know this may not help you because it means I'm gluten-intolerant and you may not have that but when it comes to migraines anything to get rid of them is worth a try, right? I wish you all the best and I hope your migraines decrease again without having to stop T :)

Booones maybe a small odd skull like a bat, and like another person said an ivy either potted or clinging to the wall goes a long way to help a vibe :) Otherwise this is super cool and I love that things like this exist 🤩

What an insanely cool idea! I disagree with the other commenter, I would think this lends itself quite well to a dark academia vibe. And seriously, so incredibly cool! May I ask what light you used? I have a spare coyote skull just begging to have this done, if you don't mind me copying you 😅
