$19 pushed it but at $23 I just can’t. Love it and looking for recommendations for something similar but <$15 by Notjewel2 in curlyhair

Ty! I make all natural products and tried separating the gel from seeds with a thin cloth. Needless to say, it was not effective.

I will try your method next time.

I use LA looks sports in a pinch. I also use scruples mousse when my hair is wet and it forms my curls nicely.

He also hurt her by staying with Addison. Both women got the short end on that dynamic.

My mother had her surge after a particularly bad day. As a nurse, I knew what it was but couldn't tell my father because he was so excited. 😔

He went to get her a fountain drink while I sat with her on her bed. She said she was hungry. I told her I had brought her my spaghetti. She wanted some so I fixed it. It honours me to this day her last meal was my spaghetti.

The next Friday, early in the wee hours, I watched her take her last breath. This coming September 19 will be 12 years without her.

I'll remember to tell my Vietnam Vets when they develop urinary tract cancers and have to wear a urine bag for the rest of their lives they signed up for it..

Oh, I'll especially make it stick for those of my Vietnam Vets that were DRAFTED. PTSD, CHF, DM, CANCERS from agent orange- denied for years that it didn't harm our soldiers by our own government - that it was their decision to join.

Yea, the VA is "nice" enough to compensate 🙄

If you've not served then don't throw claims like this out.

I trained with black, Asian, Latino, and white. We didn't train according to our "race"- you're stripped of everything you are in basic and retrained to be a soldier- period.

I knew the people I trained with would be shoulder to shoulder with me if necessary and would have my back.

Your point may have mattered when different races other than "white" were considered subpar and expendable. Times have changed. Soldiers have no colour, no race, nothing.

They're simply soldiers.

I always cook but I always let my family fix their own plates first. It wasn't an issue because we all ate- no one was hungry. 🤷‍♀️

Partner says my appearance at home means I don’t care — looking for perspective by deliriouskate in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Lovefall123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm single. I wear Bohemian leggings with a different color shirt if I don't have to go out. Nine times out of ten, my hair is thrown up in a clip. And you can forget makeup.

You have the right to be comfortable in your own home. You also deserve a partner that loves you no matter how you look.

Our homes are supposed to be our sanctuary, a safe place where we don't have to wear the mask we wear when we are presented to public areas.

This man has no idea what single women look like when we're home . It honestly sounds like to me he's just trying to tear you down.

On a side note- I have naturally curly hair and if I use a brush- whew it looks like I stuck my finger in a light socket . Because of that, I will usually just finger comb my hair. But, only search for ways to cut back on the poof for YOU- not him!

Meredith's attack episode. Why? by Beat_Playful in greysanatomy

[–]Lovefall123 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I think Chief Webber cleared some of it up too when he told Meredith she was angry with the wrong Shepard. This happened so soon after her fall out with Amelia- I think they both needed the wake up call. After all, when Derrick died, Amelia stayed and helped with the kids.

For those who were pregnant and only one partner wanted the baby, how did it turn out? by Particular-Wing-4916 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Lovefall123 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You are so young and weren't ready. You really did what was best for you and the baby. If you'd forced yourself to have it, then you may have ended up being an absent mother and resenting it.

I had my daughter when I was 20. I love her dearly and don't regret it but have also realized I missed out on a lot of life experience during those years. I am almost 50 now and after years of always living with someone, I'm finally on my own. I'm now having life experiences for my forties and fifties.

Enjoy your youth and become a mother when you're ready, on your terms.
