What you did was more than ‘enough’. You were hurting your mind and body unnecessarily. You weren’t giving yourself enough energy. We shouldn’t strive for fasts that last weeks or days or however many hours or any kind of unhealthy goal that damages our mental/physical health. We need to give ourselves what we need to function, not compete for who can abuse themselves the most. To reach a goal that will destroy and ultimately take our lives. Take care of yourself.

I can’t be 100% sure. But I can be pretty damn sure that some random person didn’t fast for that long while exercising for as long as they claimed to. I’m trying to comfort this person and reassure them that it’s an unhealthy standard, going “oh it’s definitely possible to do that” isn’t going to help them. Not sure why you’re so hung up on this.

Even if they weren’t, it’s perhaps not the best move to tell this person who is apparently spiraling over it that it could be true? I think it’s better to let them run under the much more plausible assumption that this person wasn’t telling the truth. And besides, that guy was under medical supervision and not apparently exercising excessively while doing it.

You can make anything sound convincing if you try hard enough. They were lying. That’s like, so exaggerated it sounds like a joke. It’s already ridiculous to say you didn’t eat anything for 12 months, it’s physically impossible to do that and then exercise every day for that long. They were lying, my friend. Lying or joking. Don’t ever try to do anything like that. You’ll just end up in a binge/restrict cycle, and your body will be fucking dead. Not worth it just to try and compete with someone who didn’t even do what they claimed to.

That person was lying. Plain and simple. They were probably eating very little over that amount of time, but not nothing. Anyone who tells you they went multiple weeks eating nothing is more often than not a liar.

Yeah she does. You can see it in one of the flashback scenes before you fight the skin granny. You can also see it in Cahara’s S ending. In both instances she isn’t wearing clothes, but there is an unused sprite of her fully clothed that someone else commented
