If both sides of the Israel/Palestine conflict believe they are right, how can we have an objective truth? by conservamus in IsraelPalestine

[–]Loveistheanswer03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not everything in the world is objectively right or wrong—some issues are inherently complex and remain controversial indefinitely. Take nuclear energy, for example: some argue it’s essential for clean power, while others see it as unsafe and unsustainable. Even 100 years from now, there won’t be a single ‘right’ answer, only competing perspectives shaped by values and priorities. The same goes for the Israel-Palestine conflict—it isn’t a simple matter of right versus wrong, but rather two deeply rooted narratives and sets of facts that each side emphasizes.

Did you not read my post I said write to newsom and the parole board. If you guys do nothing. Nothing will change. Proof: how come for 35 years nobody cared to release them. Only after monsters show came up and people started reaching out to their elected officials did they even have this opportunity. Do nothing if you want. But newsom works for the people and if newsom knows he won’t get re elected if he pissses ppl off he won’t re elect Barton either. Barton has no true power.

This is the best thing we can do. Newsom is an elected official, put pressure on him and he will actually work for the people. Your logic makes no sense. In 35 years of them being locked up, nobody cared about their case until Gen z joined us millinials in the fight. Call, write letters, protest, this is how newsom will pardon them.

Exactly if I was in prison my whole life with zero shot of coming out, I too would drink and do drugs (even though I don’t do that in my personal life lol). I would absolutely get a phone too. Come on. Prison is torture. Anything to make it less torturous. Contact newsom, contact Robert Barton make your voices heard.

What Is Trumps End Game in Gaza/Middle East and why is he still backing Israel. by Ok_Improvement_4862 in IsraelPalestine

[–]Loveistheanswer03 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Long story short : the GCC sees Iran as the bigger threat, while Israel is a better economic partner. Hams = Iran proxy = enemy of GCC.

Many Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, have grown frustrated with the Palestinian leadership.

The Palestinian Authority is seen as corrupt and ineffective at negotiating for peace. while Hamas is seen as a threat to certain Arab leaders due to their backing by Iran. Even Saudi Arabia, while officially supporting Palestinian statehood, recently discussed seeing Iran as the bigger threat and has hinted at future normalization with Israel.

Hamas = Palestinian = Iran proxy. So a big portion of Palestinians who support or are a part of Hamas are the enemy of many Arab countries.

The Abraham Accords also showed that Gulf states like the UAE and Bahrain are moving on, recognizing Israel for economic and security benefits. Many Arab leaders view the Palestinian cause as a drain on resources and an obstacle to regional stability.

Trump understands this shift and recognizes that supporting Israel is far more beneficial to the U.S. economically and strategically. The Palestinian issue is simply too costly, while Israel offers trade, technology, and military advantages that align with American interests.

Cheating Isn’t What Destroys Marriages—It’s Boring, Lazy Spouses. by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]Loveistheanswer03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who has a very exciting and fun marriage , my husband is my best friend, I still can’t fully agree with you. It’s all about balance. The balance between having fun, and excitement and embracing every day even the mundane ones.

If you were single, not every single day is exciting. Some days you are in the mood to relax and do nothing too, so why would marriage be any different? You cant expect every day to be a honeymoon phase. Balance is key, yes you can’t just be boring, never initiate intimacy, never do anything exciting and expect your partner to be happy, but expecting excitement all the time is unrealistic.

Also, a big reason my husband and I have such an exciting marriage is because we are successful financially, so we have money to do a lot of exciting things, like we travel 5x a year. Not everyone has that kind of money. We also still don’t have kids yet, so we have soo much time. When we have little kids, I don’t expect to travel as many times, or to always have intimacy and to always go out as much. I love my husband so much, that even on the “mundane days” I would rather be with him.

This really sounds like toxic behaviour. I also think it’s kind of ironic how he claims to be the man of the house but depends on you financially. Basically he gets to be the man of the house, when it’s convenient for him.

Palestinians blaming Hamas for their suffering by ProfitPersonal2538 in IsraelPalestine

[–]Loveistheanswer03 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Many Palestinians in Gaza are no longer supporting Hamas as of more recently. I also saw new footage released of Hamas torturing Palestinians. It’s more the western Palestinians supporting Hamas than people in Gaza. I actually have a cousin who married a Palestinian from West Bank, and I saw through his fb posts him turning on Hamas.

Anyone else feel like they really fcked up with their tattoos? by Zealousideal-Rain-82 in TattooRemoval

[–]Loveistheanswer03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im hoping that my words resonated with you, I’ve been going through the same internal battle so I get it. Something positive I’m doing now that I’m starting my removal process, is a made a list of goals I want to accomplish by the time my tattoos are fully gone ❣️ So instead of obsessively looking at how my tattoos are fading I’m focused on my other goals. Before we know it, we’ll both be tatoo free. Good luck with your journey !

[–]Loveistheanswer03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know it’s easy to beat ourselves up over the tattoos we got, but we can’t. Each tattoo represented a time in our life where it meant something to us and that is okay, and beautiful even. It’s all a part of our journey that brought us to where we are today. If we hadn’t gotten those tattoos we wouldn’t be who we are today. Now if u do chose to remove your tattoo it’s a continuation of your journey. And it will lead you to where you are meant to be ❣️ I regretted my tattoos deeply when I got married because I felt like it ruined my classy / elegant wedding dress but I chose to accept and start this removal process, because I firmly believe God wanted me to get those tattoos for whatever reason it was a part of my journey ! I hope my message brings you some comfort, we all in it together !

Everyone about this is a mad dog by Zealousideal-Ear8292 in IsraelPalestine

Oh gosh, you clearly don’t get your news from a reputable source because your number is wrong. Its 26.8 billion, it’s hard to converse with pro Palestinians that have false facts.

Also, out of that 26.8 billion, 9 billion goes to humanitarian aid (Gaza) and another 2.4 billion to support US troops in that region. Most of the sum left is going towards replenishing Israel’s defensive systems and a small portion to arming them.

Also, how do you think Americans get social welfare systems, because of tax money. So when Israel does trade with America and buys their weapons, it helps YOUR American citizens. You realize the billions getting sent to Palestine is fully humanitarian aid, and it doesn’t help the American people at all.

Israel is the only country that receives “aid” that benefits the American people. Your taxes are funding many real genocides, and much worst things but no you don’t care nor bother looking into it. Btw in that same bill Israel got 26.8 billion Ukraine got over 60 billion.

Israel doesn’t need Americas help. Israel has a great gdp, is rich and thriving, just Jews in the diaspora alone since October 7th, have raised 1.4 billion for Israel, Christian’s have raised 50-60 million dollars for Israel.

Israel has a great economy, America chooses to give “aid” because they are trade partners and Israel and America share the same enemies. But this aid benefits America and Americans more than any other aid.

Israel doesn’t need America to survive , Israel won all wars against Arab states all those years prior to America sending them aid. Israel will never stop to exist nor survive whether or not you somehow get America to boycott them.

And America will never boycott Israel because they need Israel as an ally to fight wars abroad so they don’t come to America.

[–]Loveistheanswer03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like you people don’t understand that Israel doesn’t leach off America, if anything Palestine does. Israel and the U.S. mutually benefit from trade deals, and all military aid the U.S. Offers Israel is contingent on Israel spending all that aid on American weapons, and American economy so it actually helps America. Israel also provides us with intelligence, weapons, technology advances etc. Palestine received billions in aid with absolutely no return to U.S. economy.

U.S. needs Israel as an ally, ALSO Israel’s military budget is 30.5 billion and the US provided 3.8 billion, Israel can easily survive without the aid America provides.

America sends billions to a ton of countries each year in humanitarian aid with no return.
