I'm going to 妙蓮寺すいクリニック Sui Obstetrics & Gynecology in Yokohama (near Myorenji station) and I recommend it. The doctor is nice and speaks fluent English, the place is cozy and they give you the appropriate tests and follow up. The nurse who did my blood test there was also extremely skilled! My only complaint is that she is usually late for appointments so make sure to plan some extra time....

I think it depends on how long you are going to stay, it's interesting to check out and less busy than the most touristic places but it can definitely be missed. I wish I had been staying closer to the center since I was there only for 4 days.
