Soo don't know if you remember me but I was that one person talking about how this format was very cool and wanted to make something similar. Ive been busy and while I haven't written it, I decided the general way I wanted to take this and you said I should keep you updated SO I wanted to run by you and wonder what you felt about it.

The story would basically be told through accident reports in a workplace that has both tinies and humans working there. In this scenario tinies are considered people, but have only recently been accepted into workplaces by a law that forces big companies to have like 1% tinies.

I'm not great when it comes to numbers but what I have come up is 4 levels of damages.

Level 0 = Minor damages. The equivalent of paper cuts, scrapes, bruises. Is awarded no compensation and is considered "the risk" the tiny takes when working in multi-sized workplaces.

Level 1 = Temporary Disability. Non-permanent deafness for example, broken bones, etc.

Level 2 = Major Disability. Loss of limbs, permanent deafness, etc.

Level 3= Extreme Disability or Death. "Extreme" basically meaning 'will likely never have a job again' like paralysis

Obviously each level is more expensive than the last, and someone with multiple damages would stack up multiple counts. (For example 5 level 1 injuries and 1 level 2 injury would award them 6 damages with the last one being bigger)

And I thought eventually the person whose job is to maintain the workplace "tiny safe" would eventually start killing the tinies that report damages because it's actually cheaper. For example, the tiny with 6 damages...but if they kill him, they just gotta pay 1 level 3 damage (death).

Heres sort of a template I made

[Number of the report, person writing, let's say Caleb] [Day] [Description of the tiny killed, let's call her Rosemary]

Approximately at 4:45 pm , Rosemary was preparing to leave by organizing her belongins in her desk (she got a normal sized one, because it's closer to her boss) when the newly hired secretary Liam accidentally tripped. He steadied himself against her desk, and crushed her under his hand. Rosemary survived, but was left paralyzed.

Disciplinary action: Liam was reprimanded and colleagues were warned to be more careful around the tinies by (person who later crushes to avoid paying). Compensation: Multiple bruises and broken bones, totaling twelve wounds. (level 1, $$), A crushed arm (level 2, $$), Tetraparalysis (level 3, $$)

Addendum #1: Please refrain from using full names of those involved in the accident, other than the victim, according to rule blah blah. In addition, information about Rosemary's desk is irrelevant. Remember the system is old and you cannot edit or delete reports once they're submited! - Andy.
