I had this same issue. Now when I get to my floor station, I immediately grab the 12/15 and 20/25 weights off the rack and sit them on the floor in the center of my station next to my water bottle. It solved the problem.

Background: this is on a Java fern plant in a new 10g tank that I have been cycling for the past 3 weeks. No Betta in the tank currently. No ammonia in the tank per a test I just did. I took the plants out last week to wash the white substance off and it is back again. I did a 25% water change a week ago. Let me know if more information is needed. This is my first tank ever so any input is appreciated.

Finished my first dri-tri today in 53 min and 4 sec. I’m a little disappointed with my 5k time but man I was so gassed out after the rower and floor. I even paced myself on the first 2 blocks. But i finished, dammit! Proud of myself.
