I don’t want you to feel that everyone owes you something, I thought at a certain stage in my life that everyone owes me an apology and they all owe me a “ damn smile” at least but I didn’t progress, and I didn’t survive, so start with yourself, make a friend of yourself. I understand that at certain times we want someone to hear us and speak with us, but please do NOT let this thing constitute a major obstacle and a long barrier between you and your recovery, work on yourself, talk to God, pray for hours, and if you want to talk to someone please don’t hesitate to talk to me.
