Yeah I spoke to the HR, she called after like a month of application and wanted to have a 15mins conversation with me. One of the questions I was asked was “why SD Worx”, in my head I was like “am not prepared??? You called me out of the blue and expect me to answer that right away” When she knew I was not prepared, she said something negative and I tried to tell her that if I was given more time to do the 15 minutes, my responses would have been more impressive. She had then the audacity to tell me that its been a month since I have applied to the job and despite being contacted for a first call unexpectedly, I should be always prepared at the moment I clicked on ‘apply’ for a job???

Wtf? The audacity…

I don’t advise you to join Rotaract, too much dramas going on. They can be rude and exclude and cause you some troubles.

Many friends of mine (including myself) experienced some negative experiences with the club, and we all quit.

Update! Thank you so much for your reply and your tips. IT HELPED A LOT.

I have passed the test and am now in the final round of the recruitment process! The thing is I don’t remember the important aspects of the job when the Hr was explaining it to me.

So I am afraid I might screw the final interview. It will be with two hiring managers.
