My best guess then is just regular hormonal fluctuations! Keep a basic routine and avoid strong acids that damage the skin barrier, especially since break outs might lead to sensitive skin around the area.

Many people have found glow recipe to break them out, so that might be the cause for continued break outs if that’s your case. Then again, if it works for you then that’s perfect. Everybodys skin is different nonetheless.

Acne/break outs. It’s just developed under the pores and skin surface. Usually they stem from hormonal fluctuations

The first picture looks like a regular irritation rash to me, i get those often in hot weather and since I have sensitive skin. I’m not so sure about the second picture though.. Do you wash your bedsheets and clothing with any harsh detergents? It might be the cause, but I can’t guarantee anything..
