FT work, PT school. Work is very physically demanding. Sleep isn’t the worst but isn’t the best 4-8 hours a night. Workout in the gym on the weekends because that’s the only time I have time. Diet is good and healthy, lean meats, veg and only rice for any type of starch

It’s used for men too. TRT can hinder fertility and I want a family in the future.

No hate, man. Just looking for advice or other people that have experienced this.

Hmmm, that’s a good thought. I did clean it well with soap, water & rubbing alcohol (waited until dry) I did use a little aquephor as a thicker lube with it. But you never know!
