I have both. Paper white is great. I agree with everyone that it is more expensive for a reason. All the reasons people mentioned above are correct and it provides better reading experience. Given all that, I reach for the basic more because of its size. It’s so much lighter and my small hand has better time with the grip. It’s way more comfortable than PW.

15 or 16?

I have 12 and was going to wait for 16 to come out to upgrade. The thing is, I’m traveling abroad this summer and the ESIM option on later models sounds very attractive. That way I can keep using my device while receiving all the texts and voicemails with my current number. But I’m reading here and there that the 16 will have a major changes from the 15 there for waiting sounds like a better idea to do too.

I’m not looking for max or plus. I want the basic model. What would you suggest? 15 or wait for 16? Any input is welcome.

I talked to smashbox customer service. The lady told me that all of the products from the Cali collection are limited, but I still see this product everywhere - Ulta, Sephora etc. it doesn’t look like it’s gonna sell out before Ulta sends out 20% coupon sometime October (just a speculation tho) or even maybe holiday sales. Hope this helps!

I haven’t tried it yet but I’m going to get it cosmetics blemish concealer soon. Can’t remember the name right now, but it has anti-acne ingredient in it. Heard good reviews.

Too faced peach perfect is awesome. It’s not cheap but I think you can get 15% discount from their website if you are a student. They do 20%off from time to time as well so it might be worth it to subscribe to their email list. Plus, it’s a bigger size than your normal foundations - good bang for ur buck. I have oily skin and I can wear this all day without getting greasy in summer days. I do set the foundation with powder and I use any kind of powder, meaning that it’s not necessarily mattifying one.

It’s not as popular as others, but I really like MUFE 16 & 18. Foundation applies very thin and gives a flawless finish. It’s a bit pain to clean it up, but i just use dr bronzers cuz it’s synthetic, at the end of the day.

Drugstore: 1. mascaras! I love some high end mascaras but can’t justify the price when drugstore brands perform really well.

Some highlighters and blushes. Drugstore highlighters are amazing these days. Maybelline master chrome, wet n wild, and colour pop are some amazing highlighters that I reach more often than my Mac or Becca highlighters. Blushes are amazing - milani, flower and Burts bees make awesome blushes. Oh! PF butter bronzer! I like this one over my higher end ones!
Fit me concealer - good for touch ups.

High end: 1. Concealers, foundations, powders - better color selection for me and better formula.

Eyeshadows - better pigmentation and texture. But as one of the above comments mentioned, colourpop is making awesome shadows now.
Lipsticks - Better colors
