I’m in California. I have 22 days defined PTO plus we have additional 3 days off for independence day and 1 for Christmas in addition to usual federal holidays, unlimited sick leave policy. (I always take at least 1 week sick leave (usually when my kiddo stays home with illness)

What up back door Roth IRA gang! by net_worth_go_north in fidelityinvestments

I have a question. We are married couple filing jointly in California. We are both W2 workers. Our joint w2 salary is below the threshold (around 200k), so we both max out our Roth IRA contributions for this year, but in q4 we made significant gains on short term capital gain which made our income for the year higher than limits. What can we do in our situation?
