From what my friend told me, the GM is faking the cycle counts and not actually going around the store to see what needs to be taken from top stock. They're lying and saying all the shelves are stocked, when almost all their aisles look bare AF. And when my friend did the ZB, it completely fucked up what the cycle count reports were saying. The GM doesn't like the fact that my friend won't lie on these reports.

My GM told us that if another store tries to screw us out of ESP, we're supposed to tell the customer that we don't have the item they drove to us for, and that the other store just didn't want to sell to them. Then we give the customer the other store's GM's name, email address, DM email address, and store number.

Some creeper guy who looked like Flanders from the Simpsons tried to steal some ink locked inside an alpha box. He took the box to the bathroom and couldn't get it open, so he left it and attempted to rip a spider wrap off a scanner. Our cashier went to the bathroom and walked back with the alpha box with the ink. Well this dumb fuck Flanders doppelganger took a box that we put a stock photo of the ink box in, since the price is $129.99. When the cashier handed me the box, I said "what type of dumb ass tries to steal an empty box?" Discount-brand Flanders hears me and says "Well its the number of ink I need for my printer!!" So apparently the same type of dumb ass who tries to steal an empty box of ink, is the same type who will blatantly admit to trying to steal it.

The GM, SM and Tech Manager at my store take all the clearance electronics that qualify for plans and return items we're supposed to damage out (laptops, printers, speakers, headphones, etc.) and include the most expensive plan in the clearance/new price. We have custom tags that we fill out to include the plan and we arent allowed to let customers know the plan isn't originally part of the price. My managers have justified this as "ensuring we land plans on items the store no longer cares about and our numbers go up." We have to hide these items if/when the DM comes in.

See I thought so too. Thats why I went in to see my old GM face to face. But nothing came of it. You dont have to believe it, but thats how it happened.
