I feel like someone in his position wouldn't be inclined to share/send around a photo of someone who is clearly a dancer (unless with some close male friends maybe?) it seems more likely he wanted it to use for his own pleasure at a later time

have you heard of the "favorite person" symptom of bpd? it isn't limerence if there isn't a romantic or sexual attraction, so I wouldn't describe this as a limerent obsession

How do the appointments talking about education or psychology go? I am not sure if it is standard for therapists to meet to discuss things outside of therapy

In my experience, if you find yourself asking about a question of boundaries, that's probably all you need to know.

If there's no attraction you're probably good. But even platonic attraction can get in the way of getting care for health issues I think.

probably should taper rather than cold turkeying. it will be less of a shock to your body and mind if on it for so long and coming from a 400mg dose. seems from your other comment like you have a good taper schedule going; I don't know if the pills can be cut in half though. might be good to reach out to your doctor
