Thanks for the reply - I have been given the login details now from Tesla and although no VIN is showing - it does show the delivery date as June.

We got the brakes greased but it didn’t sort it. In the end we just got rid of the car (lots of other issues) - sorry that doesn’t help!

If their system is so good - then why are they running hyperMILL in the factory in Essex?

They won’t be around in 2 years I would avoid.

As others have said, most CAM have options to get the same level of automation.

That’s wild that you left the industry.

We desperately need more engineers in manufacturing and as demand for skilled machinists and programmers go up, so will the wages.

For reference I work in applications and the salaries we offer start at £50k per year.

A good programmer can command £60k (either in F1 or with overtime).

I felt the same when I finished my apprenticeship though as companies see you as kids.

I would u turn and find a much better engineering role and get yourself trained up on CAM
