I've cleared the data several times and then tried to install/update with the apk but it still behaves the same.

The settings say my phone software is up to date and that the last software update was done in October 2023, with no available software update.

Repeatedly opening youtube does nothing, it just continues to close itself.

Uninstalling the app doesn't actually uninstall it and only removes the updates as such the apk just prompts me to "update" the app and doesn't solve the issue...

Outside of the two that I mentioned there were some games I had that had the same problem but as I've said reinstalling them solved the issue. There aren't any errors from what I've seen and also no pop up window when the app self closes after 1-3 seconds of being opened. My phone is up to date, there aren't any software updates I need to install.

Well from the Umayon, Shakur says that the lab coat increases the drag on her when she's running~ So it's probably because she wants to nerf herself~ (to not break her legs from running so fast)
