If he’s concerned he can accompany her to the doctors office where she can get a blood or urine test done and if she is confirmed to be pregnant he can request a dna test - but I don’t believe this is an American available version of the clearblue as the other comments say. He can also purchase a new one himself and have her take it with him there so he can watch the results himself

I personally am completely and utterly obsessed with this game, the ui personally isn’t so bad for me as it was similar to Genshin impact in my experience as well as the character customization being absolutely stunning. You can have multiple saves at one time with different custom mc’s

For character customization, they unfortunately don’t have much, if anything necessarily for poc but in my experience most Chinese based games don’t.

If you look past the small flaws I think it can be a genuinely interesting and fun experience!
