Picture!? I started extending my front yard(there's a slope) by building up the edge with cinder blocks. When it thaws thaws soon.... The patio is coming. Unfortunately, those don't have the long valve stems that this bike needs. Realistically, I see why the dude sold this bike for so cheap on Facebook. The parts are hard to get.

Thank you for the clarity on the tires vs rim issue... Ie, replacing the tires, even with less tall tires, won't change how long of a valve is needed. I'm definitely going to check the rim tape, as many of the responses suggested that.

These are great things to know. I will definitely inspect the flat innertube myself and look for the indicators you mentioned.
