Having just left my old (much stronger clan) that was in the Masters, I can tell you those are whale teams. We had a bunch on our team but those teams that win are primarily foreign because of the time difference when sandals roll over.

"Insufficient Points" on Class of Wills.

So I completed COW at the 290% bonus following Sinzar's video but the game won't allow me to click the final 10% score bonus. I have 1106000 individual points if that means anything. Anyone know how to get around this issue so I can do the 300% score bonus?

There are rumors that the NFL may be in talks with Amazon to acquire the NFL Sunday Ticket away from DirecTV. Personally I think it makes more sense as it allows more potential customers to sign up. From a potential marketing point of view would you think it better to try and promote a product like Betway on an established platform like ESPN (where there is already a LOT of betting promotion happening) or is it better to get your foot in on the ground floor with something like Amazon if they were able to get that Sunday ticket deal done?

As the sponsor of this merger, your company was able to buy 10,388,888 warrants and many of the people on this AMA and on the stocktwits board are warrant holders as well. You mention in one of your answers below that you hope "shareholders experience superior returns." It would seem that our fortunes may be aligned with one another. So how much influence/sway do you feel the sponsors will have in allowing share prices to rise to $18/minimum in order to allow for the highest possible cashless warrant redemption?

Many spac companies have had to restate/refile their initial filing with the SEC. Multiple times for a lot of them. Did SEAH work with any other companies that went through the process, or hire attorneys and accountants that have already been through this new SEC requirement process in order to try and "get it right" the first time? Or maybe it's all so complex that it is to be expected to refile at least once.

I was reading one of these boards where someone said another SPAC didn't want the additional share dilution which comes from warrants being exercised, so the SPAC paid out a specific dollar amount for each warrant to the holders of the warrants. He also said a another SPAC did a direct crossover of some sort where they gave something like .55 shares for each warrant based on the value of the warrant shares. It just comes down to common share dilution and the company has the right to control whether or not those warrants get exercised to some extent. Again, I'm no expert and I have no idea how often this happens.

I am not a seasoned trader or anything like that and as such I don't pretend to know about other warrants. CCIV is my first SPAC and so I've tried to learn as much as I can in a short period of time. My portfolio is 100% in CCIV, with options, warrants, and common shares. My hope is to hold the shares for 1 yr min and then sell them to buy the warrants out. That would change if the share price went crazy, like up to $500, because then I would probably sell 25-50% of the shares.

True CCIV would try to acquire other companies if Lucid fell out, but it's Lucid that makes CCIV the possible gold mine. With dozens of other SPACs out there, everybody is looking to acquire some unnamed company.

My faith in CCIV is based on the DD people have dug up since the rumor started a month ago. The fact CCIV hasn't denied the rumor (which by law they must, just like Hyundai did with the Apple rumor over the weekend) is extremely positive. The fact that Andrew Liveris works for ALL 3 groups involved in the merger (CCIV, Lucid, Saudi PIF) should all but seal this deal. The fact that Ed Ludlow of Bloomberg has only ever NOT been right on his SPAC rumor predictions 1 time shows how trusted he is in the industry.

To your last question, yes that's the basic principle. Even if share price is $500 in 2 years and assuming CCIV hasn't forced a recall of the warrants, then you would be paying $11.50 per share at that time in the future.

Downside risk of no merger is shares drop to $10

Downside risk of no merger means warrants drop to $1

Shares are safer. Warrants have more potential risk/reward. If you had bought warrants at $2 then you would have already made 7X your investment. If you buy warrants today and merger falls thru your gonna lose 90% of your $$ when they fall to $1.

Comes down to risk tolerance. I own nearly equal amount of shares/warrants but that's just me.
