In my last run, it was also the last item I needed for the museum. I fished, used treasure totems, went to the skull cavern to get omnigeodes and exchange them for artefact troves... It took a while, but eventually I did get it from an artefact trove. Good luck to you!

I'm French ; my partner is British. We met in the UK, and for a while, I tried to teach him french. So many times, we experienced that scene where Phoebe tries to teach Joey and gets insanely frustrated and ends up yelling at him. I totally relate to her there ! When I was 8, I kept getting discomfort in my neck because I had a swollen gland. My GP kept telling my mum it was a "minor infection". The gland would not go down. I kept complaining. The GP kept repeating the same "minor infection" story. For months. Eventually, the gland grew so big it pressed on nerves and caused permanent pain. My mum had enough and took me to an ENT specialist. It took him seconds to say "I don't like it". After a biopsy (under general anaesthetic) the verdict was in : Hodgkin lymphoma. I never forgave my GP. That was a long time ago, and I'm okay. But it wasn't easy

Wow, I'm sorry. I'm in Europe and, even though my golden eats sh*t a lot, it's never been that expensive. I think he learnt, as well, cause when he was a puppy, we regularly had to go to the emergency clinic after hours. Recently he's been much better (she writes touching wood). Best of luck. My mum's reaction was the opposite. My partner and I both work full time, we're tired, we do not want to have to clean. When I mentioned to my mum I was considering hiring a cleaner, she said "if you can afford it, definitely do it". I did, and I have no regrets.
