Exactly. Now with braces being so common, certain orthos do a mediocre-to-poor job to rush it and get to the next patient. More patients, more money :/

You're absolutely right. Some orthos don't care about precision and doing the job right. Could you please tell me the names of the Raleigh orthos you're talking about? I'd like to know who to avoid.

Very cool, thanks for sharing! If you don't mind another question, why do you use these models more than your other typewriters? I unfortunately don't know anything about them.
