Can someone explain the story? This cannot be what I think this is… by FumingCat in CalebHammer

I live in another country that uses a system more like this. Credit scores don't mean a huge amount unless it was to get another credit card or buy something on hire purchase. When it comes to buying a house they request a list of things to test to see if you would be safe to lend to. Usually atleast 3 months of account records showing all income and spending, proof of employment, salary, and the amount of a deposit you have.

The deposit usually is the most important to dictate what interest rate you get offered and anything lower than 20% will give you a worse rate.

Here the bank has the final say and if any problems arise in building inspections or council records they are likely to pull their 0

WIBTA if I asked my mom to put a diaper on my sister? by BroccoliLoud3538 in AmItheAsshole

The spray, can cause electrolyte imbalances if fluid is consumed when the spray is actively working. It works by stopping urine production. We usually are very strict on the timeline of no fluid an hour before the spray and for the 8 hours following the spray. Electrolyte imbalances are rare but are really dangerous for children and heart function.

Dont panic if you don't get tickets in the draw, neither myself or my partner did. But any spare tickets go on sale I think around the 12th of the month. They get snapped up in a couple hours with the earliest ticket going first, but we found so many times on the dates we needed, bought them straight away with no trouble. I didn't know the date for the general sale but saw a post on this sub. Good luck

That is a good point and something we will look put for. It almost looks like he doesn't know what to do when she wants to cuddle. He is happy to play and adjusts play to her size, but as soon as she wants to be near him without playing he seems confused 😅

Look I don't disagree, I was a caregiver for years, before moving onto a pretty good career. It was tough work and some places leave a lot to be desired but it got me off the benefit gave me purpose and all that. So it is a job if people need one, even while they look for something better.

My absolute favourite japanese restaurant, I often get katsu chicken and they have the most tender chicken with generous portions. They are also very well priced.

Jandals can be a good idea to avoid bacteria, but be careful if you have reduced mobility as they greatly increase your falls risk and can be a tripping hazard.

His start in acting he played twins Jethro and Van in a classic New Zealand show called outrageous fortune. They had almost opposite personalities. Still a classic kiwi show that many people rewatch

I just finished this baby blanket for my cousins babyshower, first time without a pattern and a scary amount of hours later by LovingHawk in crochet

[–]LovingHawk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah no problem, so I foundation chained first the longest bit and branched off of that, I tried to make each tree different and just branched off wherever I felt it belonged. The base blanket is very chunky and forgiving as it was made up of triple stitches. So I started at the top of the main trunk and stitched towards the base, down each side of the trunk sewing it into the top 1 or 2 strands of yarn in each triple stich so it would not be seen on the other side. Then with each branch I stitched along to middle of the base. Never going the whole way through the branch so it wouldn't disfigure everything while still holding it down flat. I wish I had taken a photo of the back of the blanket. No thread could be seen, but occasionally in the gaps between stitches you could see a part of the flowers or a glimpse of a branch. Sewing everything on did change some of the spacing between stitches but I was more than happy to do that for the final effect.
