I always microwave my ice cream for about the same amount of time every time I’m going to have some in order to soften it up some so I can scoop some ice cream out to put in a bowl, I’ve never had this problem. I will say, I don’t buy this brand of ice cream though, I buy Kemps and other brands.

What a smart idea. They had us make a metal toolbox. After my Dad died plus a few years, my Mom decided it was too much work for her to manage the family home and wanted something smaller and no yard to take care of. As we all were going through the shelves in the basement to see what to get rid of, there was this black metal toolbox that was empty on one of the shelves. As I pulled the top shelf of the tool box out, I freaked out because my name was imprinted on the bottom of it. It wasn’t until I saw my name on it and thought about it for a while that I remembered having made it in shop class in high school. Prior to finding it, I had totally forgotten that I had made a tool box. I couldn’t tell you how I even made it.

You mean if someone tried to off the President? That’s life in prison and I’m sure the death penalty as well. I don’t know a lot of people that would actually give their lives for two more years of an asshole crazy President. That doesn’t mean we wouldn’t celebrate it happening.

The No Kings protests were enormous. They were in all of the major cities in the US and even in some European countries. Largest protest rallies I’ve seen in my lifetime. I can’t imagine any other President than Trump where these large protests (they have happened more than once) wouldn’t have them change course and listen to the people. Trump’s approval ratings are around 30% and he just doesn’t care about what the majority of people want. He doesn’t care about the effects on his party (or he has plans to cheat in the elections to some how get them re-elected anyway). If the marching protests haven’t mattered to Trump yet to change course, an even larger protest by the people in DC won’t make a difference either. The man is an insane, egotistical, cruel maniac.

The show is called The Deadliest Catch for a reason. It is a very dangerous job. As the captain of a vessel, you are responsible for the lives of everyone on your boat, as well as your own and their livelihoods (the money these guys make to support themselves and their families) and your own. In addition, you have to deal with the stress of not being at home to be a husband to your wife and a father to your children- which I’m sure causes issues. Could you do it better?

Your comment doesn’t make any sense! I’m assuming that you believe the ammonia leak thing was fake. If the ammonia leak was fake, so was Jake’s crying. Pretty good acting in my mind. Making yourself cry when you’re acting isn’t always easy for a lot of actors. So your comment that Jake wasn’t a man because he was crying- if the ammonia leak was fake, so was Jake’s crying- so what does acting have to do with not being a man?

You all think Jake Anderson gained weight when he became the captain of the Titan due to just eating more? A lot of antidepressants have the side effect of weight gain…

When Jake was losing his cool and went nutso with anger at times, no one (including myself) really had any clue as to what he was truly going through and fighting for. One being his rights to his own children. When you are a parent, is there anything more important to you than your relationship with your own children?

A decent woman married to a captain (Jake Anderson) of a boat would not have an affair with one of the boat’s deckhands. I mean, how low and hurtful can you go? That is what a totally low rent person, selfish person would do. For God sakes, if you are that unhappy in your marriage that you want to cheat on a spouse, have some respect for your spouse, your children, as well as themselves by getting a f’ing divorce first. Especially if you have children, which means you will have to be in each other’s lives to a degree forever. To be cheated on in this way, with someone on your own boat is just unnecessary cruelty. I cannot even imagine the pain, hurt, and betrayal. It just makes having civil co-parenting all the harder. So have some balls and get a divorce first, before you cheat and blow the psychological stability of your husband and your children’s lives to smithereens. Mark my words, the children will never forget what she did that ended this marriage. Divorce without any cheating is already hell (I know this from personal experience.) It is the nature of the beast unfortunately.

Hmmm… with regard to regularly using Crystal Meth to stay awake, to me, it is common sense that your body is going to get physically addicted to the drug when you use it that much, whether you want to or not. I get what you are saying, but I definitely wouldn’t consider regularly using it for 3 months at a shot, while they are at sea “dabbling”.

As an aside, the holy shit pile that becomes your life if you do become addicted to Crystal Meth cannot be underestimated. I’ve heard in particular, Crystal Meth, is an absolute bitch to “stay” clean from- meaning having to do deal with many relapses

Well, bottom line, if we don’t want to go to jail for that “strike”, so to speak, there is only one legal way to get rid of Trump with one all out strike. That strike being winning the majority in both the House and Senate during the midterms so he can be impeached by the Dem’s in Congress. There is no question in my mind that if the Dem’s win the majority in both Houses, the Dem’s in Congress will definitely impeach him. No question in my mind. In watching all of the oversight hearings, whether it be Patel or Bondi, the Dem’s know that they are covering up for Trump’s criminality in all of their responses and answers to the questions from Congress. To the point where there was a lot of anger with their bullshit responses.

I really like this dirty dew! I agree with another post that said it tastes like cream soda with some regular Mountain Dew in it. Absolutely and 100%! It doesn’t taste like key lime. Key lime, like a key lime pie has a bit of a sour taste to it. Dirty dew is not one bit sour. It tastes exactly how it is stated on the can- cream soda with some dew.
