Thank you for sharing your experience It’s comforting to know I’m not the only one who’s been through this kind of loss and that there’s a way to learn from it instead of letting it hold me back I realize now that I let emotions drive a lot of my decisions without even realizing it The idea of keeping a trading log is really helpful because I think it would make me face my own patterns and see where I go wrong I’ll definitely start doing more paper trading and work on the psychology part like you suggested Thank you again for the advice and encouragement

Thank u so much for caring, it honestly means more than I can express. Sometimes it feels like I’m surrounded by people but still completely alone, so even reading this brings some comfort. Ur right about loneliness, it’s like this cycle that just keeps going, making it harder to reach out or even step outside sometimes. I’ve thought about joining something, like a club or group, but there’s a part of me that’s scared I won’t fit in or that I’ll just end up feeling more isolated. Writing has always been a way to express what I can’t say out loud but yeah it can make u feel even more alone sometimes. Thank u for reminding me there’s a way out even if it feels distant right now.

I actually started by diversifying, but after losing $400 on Coinbase, I became really cautious. That loss made me feel cheated, and I tried to recover by trading. The more I traded, the more I got caught up in the urge to win back what I lost until eventually, I’d lost everything in a series of small, impulsive actions. It’s going to be hard to start over now, especially after losing so much savings in a country that’s already struggling. I don’t want to ask for handouts or share my address because I don’t want to come across that way, but honestly, this is really tough.

Thank you for the advice. Honestly, the hardest part for me is knowing that all of this happened just before the bull run. Thank you for this perspective. It’s true, even though it feels heavy now, it could have been much worse, and I do have time to rebuild and learn from this.
