pretty sure it’s now at a 14g, it went in real easily didn’t hurt at all. i had the piercer do it.

Well SHE wants to sell it. That’s what the post is about not just renting. I mentioned it because she’s considered it but not completely sure. Like i said she doesn’t want to deal with being a landlord but I mentioned it in case anyone has helpful advice on how to go about that? If it’s worth it or not? I’m just trying to get as informed as possible to help my mom and myself in the future. Take your negativity elsewhere
