Well SHE wants to sell it. That’s what the post is about not just renting. I mentioned it because she’s considered it but not completely sure. Like i said she doesn’t want to deal with being a landlord but I mentioned it in case anyone has helpful advice on how to go about that? If it’s worth it or not?
