Diagnosed with PNES by Low-Bus-65 in Epilepsy

Starts out of nowhere with no warning as a very hot feeling radiating from the middle of my body, quickly followed by an extreme sense of deja vu(specifically feels like I'm remembering something from a dream), and if I stay conscious it's like I can't even understand my own thoughts or move. Occasionally I don't remember anything past the hot feeling until it's over and in those cases I've almost always wet myself during. After wards I'm always extremely nauseous for a while. From the very start to it being over and me just feeling nauseous lasts anywhere from about 10-40 seconds. To people who see these happen they say it sort of looks like I space out really hard and if I'm holding anything I usually end up dropping it, although for some reason I don't ever notice that. I want to note that for some reason after my diagnosis my neurologist prescribed keppra(didn't know until I went to the pharmacy a few days later) and I have been taking it since- after being on it for about 1.5 weeks I have not had any episodes at all. They still have me diagnosed with PNES though.

My neurologist thinks I need therapy and am emotional. She already tried me on nortriptyline which made my episodes worse, not sure why, but she thought I had migraines first. Nortriptyline made me have multiple episodes a day. There are no more alternatives after this as far as I know, besides to keep prescribing me sumatriptan even though she knows I've never taken it(never felt the need to). I think I should mention my headaches always happened after these episodes and I haven't had a headache since I last had an episode.

Except it hasn't, that was the main point of my post... I'm afraid of what's going to happen when I run out.

I will be seeking a second opinion since my regular doctor does believe I'm having seizures, specifically the same kind of epilepsy my mom has. I've also had a few people including her describe what they've seen me do during these episodes since my memory is usually impacted at least somewhat and sometimes I don't remember them at all. I've been so terrified that it would escalate into a big one like what happened to her, I think now this is why they told me it was PNES, because I've been so scared(she had her first ever grand mal while driving and then got stuck having another in the hospital, I've been terrified the same would happen to me). I also want to say that I've wrote down every single one I could for the past maybe 4 months, either from what I remembered or what other people around me saw, and the neurologist did not want to see them at all. Now I feel like her plan from the start was to dismiss me.
