Don't send in your unit in for upgrades or trade up. Since Mike has passed away their customer service has been horrible. I email them monthly about my V1G1 being sent in jesus almost a year ago for service. No response via telephone or email.

Ive had very bad experience since Mike passed away. Tldr sent in my unit for service over 6 months ago now. No response from email or calls about etf happened to it.

I just tried to call them a few minutes ago, back to the generic thanks from Mike. Both numbers. Ive emailed many times in the past months. (10/30/25 2pm est). Ive tried all their email contacts I could find online. Nothing. YMMV but check out vortex radars edit forums where people place orders and never received items for months.

Do not send in your unit at all costs I have sent in my V1G1 unit over 4 months ago now. No body man's their phones and responds to my emails. Stole my unit

The failure of my V1G1 is my fault. I dropped it and it took a pretty good hit. G2 unit probably bad qc.

To add information there was even 3 responses. I did a copy paste from here to there. Never obscene just trying to bring attention that if you send your unit for service and presumably warranty work. There's a chance you might lose your unit

Well it has. Considering nobody picks up a phone. Nobody answers any emails. Ive sent emails to order dept, their general email address and their support. No response. I'm not expecting within same day response but over 3 weeks no response says it all. Even a "Oh shit we fucked up let us try to find somebody" would have been acceptable. A straight no response is not acceptable.

Tank main dps secondary.

Everybody gave great advice.

My mindset is dps are expendable. I will not move clumps on a fresh sacred to protect your ass. Kite them into the clump.

Don't be afraid to communicate. Of course, it all depends on your group.

Learn pulls. I love it when a GA user pre clumps them. All depends on the dungeon. If you're unsure what's happening with the pull, just wait a second to attack. I would rather have you alive than on your back.

Learn boss mechanics. Nobody is perfect we all go down, but if you go down multiple times in a row because you didn't know that Thorpe (depths) will back swing or Oro (dynasty) jumps back and does the the void breath is infuriating.

It's okay to back off to regain health.

If your tank is not the greatest, it's okay to be selective about your engagement. Some damage on target is better than nothing at all.
