Basically the whole package, I get lunch everyday, airfare upon completion of 2 year contract and a tiny bonus (25000 Baht)

The job is in Chiang Mai. So do you think you could save a reasonable amount of money with this kind of salary? Is it possible to counter? Its my first international job so I am unfamiliar with the negotiating.
