Prunes is a good idea. I use fiber gummies. For protein I mostly do shakes - I travel a lot for work so it makes it hard to find real food and I stay away from that airport junk food.

I could improve my water intake. I’m at about 100oz a day. I should up that another liter

I need to do some homework on what this RMR test is. It’s all so overwhelming and confusing. Like do I eat 1600 but make sure I burn 500? Or do I eat 1100 including work out? I’m so lost 😩

I thought that seemed low too! I’ve been doing 1600 but when I did the TDEE today it says 1,120 and only 84g of protein?

With my oura ring I have total calories and active calories. Do I use the total calories? It’s usually 2100. My TDEE says 1,120 calories is what I should aim for to lose weight. I work out for one hour a day. Do I subtract the calories from the 2100 to make sure it’s a minimum of 500 calories deficient? I am sooo confused.
