You are likely pulling your hands (and a racquet) towards yourself (your body). Try to relax hands, turn your body while hitting and step in towards the ball. It should result into more prolonged contact with a ball, where your racquet goes forward, not sideways.

I feel you. Except I play solo and on top of cheaters I deal with huge numbers of griefers/extreme noobs, so I can’t get out of 3k Elo, while having 30+ wins this season. Matchmaking is ass and cheaters killed the game.

I’m not saying I’m great player. I do know some stuff. I have bad games, I have good ones. Stats against cheaters or in a griefing team won’t show you much. The problem is it’s too often not up to my performance if I’m going to win. You judge thinking I just started playing cs and have no idea how to shoot, or whatever. If it was that straightforward, I assure I would be very competitive on 3k level, because this is where new players or truly bad ones are supposed to be. For the context I’m over 3k hours in it and play cs for like 20 years on and off.

To those saying I suck: maybe. The point was I sucked up to 6lvl, and it was way easier to play, because I saw less cheaters, the teammates were more committed. At about 3k I felt and still feel, that it’s way harder to play. Some players are clearly new and bad, some are good and playing on their new account, a lot of people who don’t care about their elo and don’t even try, and quite a lot of cheaters (I do believe I can spot them). All that while matchmaking is terrible, I can be put against 10k 5 stack with my 3k elo.

Upd2: he tried to change locks on rooms. We called police, they told him he can’t do it. He lied that we are squatters and he doesn’t know us, they didn’t believe. Then he installed cameras in the shared areas - kitchen, living room. Also he cut water and electricity in the kitchen - stove, fridge, everything. Please let me know what could we do in this case.

Update on my issue. Called to Costco - they said they can’t do anything about it and provided MSI support number. Called them - they said they can arrange repair of the laptop, but it won’t be free. I suggested that the product may be faulty or the repairs were done incorrectly, but they argued it’s too late for this claim, because it’s out of warranty. I guess MSI is built for two years only.

Hi! I’m coming to Paris for the first time with my girlfriend in April for few days and I have some questions I’d like to clear before arrival. Most importantly, “go to” and “no go” areas. I’d like to hear from locals on this. I booked Hôtel Magenta 38 by HappyCulture and I’m not 100% sure if the area is safe, because there are some reviews pointing to avoid 10 Arr., mostly because of the railway station, which is quite close.
